Today in my writing class, i set up 3 goals that i want to achieve during 30 days. Actually, goals are something that you want to achieve. I made 3 goals and those are to sit up straight, to lose weight, and to get no EOP papers or yellow cards. I hope I can keep up with me initial spirit and achieve all the goals.
My first goal is sit up straight. Sitting up straight is an important habit to have. This habit will decide your height, and make your spine straight. TO achieve my first goal, I planned to follow two steps. I won't lie down when I read books or write. Also, I will stick my back to the chair. I know this is hard because I've been working on this for a year. But I will try my best.

My second goal is to lose 1kg. In m
y perspective, I think 1kg is appropriate for 30 days. To achieve this goal, i will eat less dinner, which is so delicious. And I will walk a lot by using the stairs. Then that way, I can use less electricity and also lose weight. Perfect!

My last goal is to not get EOP paper or yellow cards. If I get a certain
amount of EOP/yellow cards, I can't get an award. So, the two steps I need to follow are first, not speaking Korean well, it is pretty obvious, but it is still hard to follow those rules. My second step connects to this because it is to follow the rules. This looks a little easy to achieve.
Just like how Matt Cutts achieved his goal to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro, I hope I can do it, too. I'll see how it goes on for 30 days. Wish me luck!
Hi Na Hyun,
ReplyDeleteI think you have some good goals although losing three kilograms might be a difficult challenge!
Here are a few corrections, when you write the pronoun I it is always capitalized. When you say a number, you should type the word (three instead of 3). Lastly, you mention Matt Cutts in your post, you should include his video. Your pictures do not seem to be working, ask me to show you how to fix this.
Good luck with your goals.
I feel like I can't achieve that goal....
